My first experience could not have been better. Was greeted by Brittany, who was very sweet and my Hygenist, Misty, could not have been more gentle. Dr. Shah addressed an issue that has never been brought up but has been bothering me for yrs so I would say my visit was absolutely a 5 star. I highly recommend this Dental Team, they are pretty much perfect.

Had a great Visit today, pleasant as always, Dr.Shah was informative and professional. It was great to have Gina for cleaning. she was so nice and lastly Serenity was wonderful at the desk as well, 10/10 nothing negative to say.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cary Smiles! I went in for a cleaning and was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Gina is amazing and so awesome! — kind, gentle, and incredibly thoughtful. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. If you’re searching for a new dentist in the Cary area, I highly recommend Cary Smiles!

My 1st appointment was scheduled for weeks away however, they were able to get me in quickly being on a wait list. I had 3 cavities that were filled promptly without any pain or discomfort. Dr. Shah and his team were very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this practice.

Dr Shah and his staff are wonderful! A Big shout out to Gina, Brittany, Misty, James and their new addition Serenity too!! They all will answer all your questions, no matter how many, and do it with enthusiasm and a smile! Gina understands my anxiety and honestly, I would still go there even if they were out of network with my insurance. I live about 40 minutes away. But, I have no problem with the distance because they are so pleasant and professional...5 stars hands down!! 😁
